ODESSA, Texas — Two people are dead following a crash in the 4600 block of North Dixie, near Sherwood Park.
The accident happened just before 7 a.m.
According to the investigation by OPD, the diver was headed north when he hit the two people walking on the outside lane of North Dixie.
They were transported to the hospital, where they died.
