ANDREWS COUNTY, Texas — TxDOT is warning drivers that SH 115 is being closed to avoid a crash.
The crash involved an 18-wheeler that is blocking both lanes of traffic.
Traffic is being detoured onto FM 2371 and CR 3001.
Drivers should avoid the area and plan for alternate routes.
