MIDLAND, Texas — RJ Kelly stepped up when the Greenwood Rangers needed him most. With Monahans coming into town the Rangers needed some big turnovers and Kelly forced three of them. Grabbing interceptions in critical moments of the game helped propel Greenwood to a huge district win.
