MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - Midland Lee's first district opponent is Frenship.
The Tigers do have a winning record but have yet to play a 6-A team this season.
Coach Clint Hartman is feeling confident about his team as they head into the remainder of the season because he feels every part of their team is strong.
"I feel really good about this football team. I feel really good about the projection we have, about our character, our team bonding, how we care about each other. Now does that mean we aren't gonna work every day? That's not true but as far as where we're at I'm as happy as I can be," said Hartman.
Lee will play away on Friday night.
