Police Investigating Truck-Pedestrian Accident in Midland

MIDLAND - Midland Police are investigating a truck pedestrian accident that sent two kids to the hospital.

The incident happened on Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Neely and Midland Drive.

Police are still trying to figure out exactly what happened, but they tell NewsWest 9, a truck turning onto Midland Drive clipped a little girl and hit a boy.

In fact, the boy was stuck underneath the truck until witnesses were able to free him.

Both were taken to Midland Memorial with minor injuries.
