It could be 20 years in federal prison for an Odessa man because of credit card fraud and identity theft.
50-year old Dennis Heldt plead guilty on Tuesday in federal court to stealing dozens of credit cards over a fifteen month period beginning in April 2007.
Heldt told the judge that on 26 seperate occasions he broke into cars in Midland, Odessa and Amarillo stealing the credit cards and using them.
