Odessa Elementary School Goes into Brief Lockdown

ODESSA - New information on that gun scare that force an Odessa Elementary school into lockdown on Thursday afternoon.

During recess at San Jacinto, two teachers noticed a black Camaro driving around the school.

Several 4th graders told the teachers, they saw two men inside the car, flash guns.

The district says the teachers immediately moved the kids inside and called for a lockdown.

Police responded and pulled that car over.

A man was questioned but no weapons were found.

The driver said he never had a weapon with him.
