ODESSA - The Ector County School Board remaining tight lipped about their Bible curriculum lawsuit.

Attornies for the District will only say that the mediation process continues with the A.C.L.U., and the eight families suing the District.

The School Board met behind closed doors for about an hour before continuing with their regular agenda.

Last week, we told you the district met with the opposing side in Dallas for that Mediation, but they didn't disclose anything.

The case has been ongoing for more than a year, and has drawn a lot of interest.

The Federal judge on the case, Robert Junnel, has instructed both sides to try and work out their differences so they could avoid a Federal Court Case which is set for July 28th.
