ODESSA, Texas — One person has been killed on Wednesday as a result of a structure fire in Odessa.
Odessa Fire Rescue and the Fire Marshal's division responded to the fire at the 1900 block of N. Hancock Ave. at around 7 p.m. Wednesday night.
The City of Odessa reports that the fire was contained to a detached cinder black storage unit.
Investigators found the man had intentionally set himself on fire.
The body is being sent to Lubbock County for an autopsy.
The fire is still under investigation.
