MIDLAND, Texas — UPDATE: As of 10:47 p.m., a City of Midland Spokesperson has confirmed that the suspect, Dymigeiayn Hall, 17, is in custody.
Hall is being charged with assault of a pregnant person, theft of a firearm and evading in a vehicle.

The Midland Police Department SWAT team is currently on scene of a call near the 2000 block of W Michigan Avenue, according to a City of Midland Spokesperson.
A reporter on scene says that police have fired several gas rounds into a home and are communicating with someone in the home over a speaker.
