MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - Educate Midland, a nonprofit that helps students achieve their highest educational potential, released a baseline report Thursday.
The report focused on eight measurement indicators and highlighted student performance, challenges, and goals.
"This is comprehensive. We're not just looking at a particular goal and saying we need to get to this percentage, but we're actually looking at the whole span of the student from birth until their career time and hoping that during that time our endeavor as a community is to help them reach their highest academic performance potential,"
