MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The I-20 Wildlife Preserve and the Texas A&M Forest Service arrived Monday to help foster the Preserve’s complex ecosystem and natural resources.

The project will span four days and consist of evaluating the playa landforms, felling trees as needed, and removing other invasive plants species.

TFS plans to begin the major maintenance projects Tuesday through Thursday. The preserve will be closed to the public during this time.
