HOBBS, N.M. – A Hobbs substitute teacher has been arrested following a report of possible inappropriate touching.
On Friday, Hobbs Municipal Schools staff notified Hobbs Police about the inappropriate touch of students by a Highland Junior High substitute teacher.
We're told investigators obtained an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Roy Tabor of Lovington and was later charged with four counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.
Officials say Tabor was arrested without incident on Sunday and posted a $50,000 bond on Monday.
