Domestic Dispute Turns Into Aggravated Assault With a Vehicle

BIG SPRING - Big Spring Police continue to investigate a case where a Big Spring man allegedly assaulted several individuals with an SUV early Sunday morning.

The incident took place on Albrook Street in southwest Big Spring around 5 a.m.

Police Chief Lonnie Smith says that it began as domestic disturbance, and then one man, 34-year-old Edward Aguilar, allegedly got into an SUV and then struck several individuals outside the house where the argument began.

Police say that four people were injured, three of them serious enough to be airlifted.

Conditions of the victims are not known at this time.

According to police, one of the injured victims was the suspect's wife.

This case remains under investigation and exact details of what occurred still remain unknown at this time.
