LAREDO, Texas — The U.S. Border Patrol Laredo West agents recently intercepted a smuggling attempt of 291 pounds of marijuana.
After responding to a report of possible narcotics being smuggled into northwest Laredo, agents searched the area and located four large bundles of marijuana.
The marijuana is said to have a street value of $233,000.
