ODESSA, Texas — An Odessa man is in jail, accused of holding a person at gunpoint in their home.
Viewers reported a large police presence near Bellaire Park Wednesday night.
Jackson McMillian is charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony, a first degree felony and evading arrest with previous convictions.
Odessa Police say McMillian broke into a home on the 3200 block of Chestnut and pointed a gun at someone in the home before he ran away. Officers spotted him in the alleyway near the home two hours later. McMillian made a run for it again before his arrest on Colonial.
No injuries were reported.
