ALPINE, Texas — Brewster County Sheriff's Office Deputies have arrested a woman in connection to a drug bust near Lajitas.
A 2004 Lexus was stopped by a U.S. Border Patrol Agent and K-9's were used to sniff out the narcotics.
The search revealed that the woman, Angela Victery, had almost two pounds of marijuana, six grams of methamphetamine, and $16,000 U.S. currency. All of this was in connection to the sale of narcotics.
Victery was booked into the Brewster County Jail on multiple charges.
