A declining population in Marfa just got some help.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife joined with volunteers on Thursday to relocate about 200 pronghorn.

They were taken to an area near Marfa.

This will allow researchers to study the decline of pronghorn in the Trans-Pecos area.

They've all been tagged and collared with global positioning system trackers so scientists can track the animals.
