ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Animal Shelter experienced plumbing problems on July 18.
City maintenance was able to fix the issue and the shelter is up and running again as of Friday.
While the issue was ongoing, people were not able to adopt animals from the shelter but surrender appointments were still accepted.
The city apologizes for any inconvenience this caused.
