MIDLAND, Texas — Keep Midland Beautiful will be holding its annual interactive experience and fundraiser, Trio of Gardens.
Attendees will be able to tour three private garden oases as well as learn about how to have a green thumb and what plants can survive in the West Texas weather.
"This gives everyone an opportunity to see what will grow, what needs water, what needs less water, native plantings, and also at one garden, you're going to see food that can help supplement your diet at home," said Doreen Womack, the Executive Director for Keep Midland Beautiful.
All three gardens have a unique flair, with one being cantina-style and the other themed to a resort. The focus of the third garden is the educational purpose.
The gardens will be open for viewers on September 15. Tickets are available online or at multiple locations.
