MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland County Public Library will be hosting a holiday open house on December 13.
From 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., attendees can enjoy cookie decorating and other holiday crafts at the downtown branch.
Children will also be able to take pictures with Santa Clause.
The Young Women's Leadership Academy orchestra will be performing at the event.
