ODESSA, TX (KWES) - According to Oncor, 212 customers are without power in West Odessa with even more outages across the Basin.
Throughout Odessa, outages are affecting nearly 550 customers and around 200 in Midland.
Oncor also reports there are nearly 2,000 outages across the Permian Basin.
Most outages are due to equipment failure, and have not been given an estimated time for resoration.
