MIDLAND - It'll be 10 years in prison for a former West Texas Newspaper Editor for having child pornography.

62-year old Richard McLaughlin was sentenced on Thursday morning in Midland.

McLaughlin was arrested last August, two days after a raid on the Winkler County News where he worked.

Federal investigators found hours of pornography featuring young boys on McLaughlin's home computer.

He'll be on probation for 20 years after his prison term.
