Three Generations Charged in Lovington Burglary

LOVINGTON, N.M. - It's a family affair in Lovington where police say three generations now face some serious charges after allegedly burglarizing a home.

Lovington police tell us 36-year-old Reyes Medrano was arrested and charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

60-year-old Lupe Medrano was arrested and charged with the same offenses. And a younger, 14-year-old Medrano was arrested and released. Lovington police say he faces similar charges.

Police say Reyes Medrano and the teen robbed a home on West Van Buren while Lupe Medrano waited in the getaway car in the alley.
