Curtis Hipkins and Jeffery Hill were busted at a Hobbs home after a raid by State Police and the Lea County Drug Task Force.
Agents tell NewsWest 9, they found what they believe was a meth lab inside.
The pair was being watched after being tied illegally buying psuedoephedrine, one of the key ingredients to make meth.
