ODESSA - One Odessa student could be in a lot of trouble after bringing a toy BB Gun to school on Monday.
After school was dismissed for the day, a third grade student was seen with a toy BB Gun at Zavala Elementary.
Another student noticed the toy BB Gun and immediately notified a teacher on duty.
The incident has been investigated by school officials which followed the guidelines listed in the Student Code of Conduct Handbook.
