Staff ReportNewsWest 9MIDLAND - U.S. Marshals and State Troopers can cross one name off their list of Texas' most wanted fugitives. They tracked down Richard Donny Carrillo at a Midland home on Monday night ending a long search for a fugitive whose list of charges includes delivery of cocaine and kidnapping. U.S. Marshals and Troopers arrested Carrillo around 9:15 on Monday night, just hours after he was spotted at the Southside Wal-Mart near I-20 and Rankin Highway. Carrillo was arrested back in 2004 accused of selling a pound of cocaine to an undercover agent in Odessa. Stay tuned to NewsWest 9 and NewsWest9.com for the latest on this developing story.
