NEW MEXICO - Multi-million dollar makeovers are coming for Navajo Refineries in Lovington and Artesia.
175 million dollars worth.
The oil refinery plants are actually shut down right now for routine repairs that happen every four years.
The parent company, Holly Incorporated, says the expansions will increase production from 85,000 barrels of crude oil a day to 100,000 barrels a day.
This will be the third expansion at both plants since 2003.
