Andrews Man Pleads Not Guilty to Threatening President Barack Obama

New details on the Andrews man accused of threatening President Barack Obama.

NewsWest 9 has learned, he's stuck in jail for now.      

A hearing was held in Durango, Colorado for Timothy Ryan Guiterrez on Tuesday afternoon.  

Guiterrez plead not guilty, but the judge denied him bail, so he'll remain in custody until his next hearing.

Authorities say the 20-year old threatened to kill President Barack Obama and blow up a Minneapolis mall in an e-mail he sent to the F.B.I. back on January 12th.
