The fourth suspect in a deadly nightclub shooting is on his way back to Midland.
21-year-old Miguel Chatman was arrested in Roby, Texas on Friday afternoon.
He'll be charged with murder.
According to police, Chatman was the fourth man responsible for the shooting death of 23-year-old Jermaine Swearington at the Pleasures Nightclub in Midland on Sunday morning.
By the time police reached the scene on south Lee, the former Permian football player had already been rushed to the hospital.
He died at the hospital from multiple gunshot wounds to the legs and chest.
Police say they recovered more than 30 shell casings from the scene.
Chatman had been on the run ever since.
Three other men are already behind bars in Midland charged with the same crime.
18-year-old Jesse James Johnson, 21-year-old Timothy James Braziel, and 18 year-old Melvin Lenard were all picked up earlier this week.
Bond for the three has been set at $250,000 dollars each.
