Hobbs Murder Suspect Arrested

HOBBS, NEW MEXICO - The man accused of shooting and killing a Mississippi man, outside a bar in Hobbs over the weekend, is now behind bars facing murder charges.

Hobbs Police caught up with 25-year-old Aubrey Lee Savage at an apartment in the 300 block east Saint Anne Street, just after 1:30 Tuesday morning.

SWAT was called in, but Savage was arrested without any problem.

Savage is accused of killing 28-year old Yurhonnd Deloach after an argument outside "Forrest's Place" early Sunday morning.

He is being held without bond.
