ANDREWS - The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has issued a permit for the disposal of hazardous waste at the proposed facility in Andrews County.
WCS recently announced the permit.
The company says this is another step forward for the facility. The combination of a hazardous waste permit and the proposed low-level radioactive waste disposal license will allow WCS to dispose of hazardous and radioactive wastes.
