Police Continue Investigation after Mall Robbery in Midland

MIDLAND - Midland Police continue to search for the man they say stole more than $4,000 dollars on Wednesday night at the Midland Park Mall.

The robbery happened around nine p.m.  

Witnesses say a man grabbed a large amount of cash from Alltel and ran out the door.

According to police, a man was pretending to shop before closing, and took the money employees were counting.  

No weapon was reported.  

Investigators say they have gotten some tips, and they might know who the suspect is.  

They're reviewing surveillance video to be sure.  

He's described as a white man in a blue shirt with a tattoo on his neck.
