ODESSA - Our tough economic times are proving profitable for one organization.
The search for a bargain is leading many people through the doors of their local Goodwill store.
With people looking to save some cash on items ranging from clothes and to furniture, second hand stores like goodwill have seen a 20% increase in their sales.
"With the economy getting the way it is they are out looking for bargains and to better spend their money," Odessa Goodwill Manager, Brenda Lopez, said.
Goodwill says they are seeing a lot of new faces shopping in their stores, good news for them and proof that people are searching for ways to stretch their dollar.
