LEA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO - A Hobbs man is facing charges for stealing from an evidence room at the Lea County Sheriff's Department.
According Hobbs Police, 34-year old Nathan Soloman has been charged with burglary, larceny of a hand gun, and larceny over $2,500 dollars.
Authorities say they discovered evidence missing last January, but they still haven't said exactly what was missing.
Information received by police in September led to the charges.
