MIDLAND - One man will spend Christmas Eve behind bars in connection with a Midland assault and robbery earlier this month as police continue their search for his accomplice.
18-year-old Justin Lewis Way is charged with the aggravated robbery of Bob's Better Burger.
Police have identified the second suspect as 20-year-old Caleb Tanner Cummins.
They're both accused of robbing the restaurant owner and an employee as they were leaving work.
The 92-year-old owner was hit over the head and needed stitches.
