ODESSA - Burnet Elementary wins their appeal after getting poor marks from the Texas Education Agency.
Originally, Burnet got a failing grade on math, when reviewed by the T.E.A., who checks to make sure they meet what's called adequate yearly progress.
The school district appealed showing paperwork that 2 students were absent during the entire testing period.
