MIDLAND - A Midland family frustrated after two family pets were killed in a dogfight.

Jason and Erika Baker tell us they came home from housesitting to find a red note from animal services saying their four dogs had been in a dogfight.

Neighbors claim they saw a pair of pitbulls from down the road, tore through the fence and into the Baker's yard.

But since, there's no way to prove which dogs started the fight, the family can't do anything.

The Bakers plan to keep their two remaining dogs and daughter inside unless they're able to keep an eye on them.
