WEST ODESSA - A West Odessa family faced with losing everything, just before the holidays.
A fire destroyed their home on Mockingbird around eight Tuesday morning.
It was so bad, the volunteer fire department had to call in backup help from the city.
A woman was treated at the scene for minor burns.
No word on what started the blaze.
