Permian Student Upgraded to Stable Condition After ATV Accident

ODESSA - A Permian High School Junior is doing better after a Thanksgiving ATV accident.

16-year-old Paige Kindel has been upgraded to stable condition at Medical Center Hospital.

She and her sister Taylor were riding a four wheeler on west 42nd Street when the accident happened.

Both girls were initially taken to the hospital, but Taylor had only minor scrapes and bruises.

The family has set up a new account at Complex Community Federal Credit Union at the branch on 52nd Street in Odessa.

It's under the mother's name, Debra Kindel.

Another fund has been set up under Paige's name at West Texas State Bank.
