ANDREWS - The City of Andrews is getting creative when it comes to keeping the town clean.
The City Council has approved a program called Green Exchange.
The hope is to cut down on litter and help non-profits at the same time.
A fund is being set up that will pay non-profit groups to clean up parts of the city.
The more trash an organization picks up, the more money they will get.
Andrews officials are calling it a win-win situation and are hoping businesses will donate to the fund in the future.
