Investigators are still waiting for the test results in a DWI accident that claimed the life of a Permian student, but on Monday night, the man suspected in her death is out of jail.

21-year-old Jason Bushong posted a $100,000 bond.

He was driving east on Highway 90, last Monday in Del Rio, when he flipped his car over a guardrail.

Bushong says he was trying to answer his cell phone when he lost control of his truck.

17-year-old Permian sophomore Kayleigh Dunn was riding in the passenger seat.

She was ejected from the truck, and died at the scene.

Bushong was arrested and held in Val Verde County.
