HOWARD COUNTY - Murder, intoxication manslaughter, and failure to stop and render aid. Those are the charges facing one Odessa man after he was indicted by a Howard County Grand Jury.
The charges stem from an early morning crash on I-20 back in April.
According to the Big Spring Herald, 36-year-old Paul Henson is accused of killing 56-year old James Simmons back on April 19th when he hit simmons with his Chevy suburban, while driving drunk.
Simmons lost control of his Harley Davidson, and later died in a Lubbock hospital.
Henson fled the scene, but police later caught him in Sweetwater.
If convicted on the murder charge, Henson faces five to 99 years to life in prison.
