MIDLAND - Continuing coverage on a deadly overnight crash in Midland.

A woman charged in the wreck is now out of jail, but her husband remains behind bars.

26-year-old Isaias Ibarra hasn't made his bond yet.

He's charged with intoxication manslaughter.

His wife, 24-year-old Kristy Pando-Ibarra, made her $50,000 bond on a charge of manslaughter.

The wreck happened around 2:30 Friday morning in the 3200 block of Delano.

Midland police tell us the couple was in separate cars.

They believe Kristy was chasing Isaias when he ran a stop sign and slammed into an S.U.V.

A passenger in that S.U.V, 37-year-old Bobby Waldrop, was killed in the crash.

The driver of the S.U.V, 22-year-old Nathan Hernandez was charged with D.W.I, but officers say that did not play a role in the wreck.

Hernandez has also bonded out of jail.
