Big Spring Man Arrested on Aggravated Robbery Charges

BIG SPRING - A Big Spring man is behind bars facing aggravated robbery charges.

Police say 22-year-old Paul Viera, Junior, walked into the 7-11 on South Gregg early Wednesday morning, flashed a knife, demanded cash, then ran off on foot.

Officers caught up with Viera at the Town and Country on north Lamesa Highway about an hour later when they responded to a disturbance call.

He remains in bars on a $50,000 bond.
