REEVES COUNTY - Voters must decide on three proposition totaling $17.1 million in Reeves County.

The first bond is $12.4 million for a new sports complex, golf course improvements, the building of two parks and several other facilities.

The second proposition is a $4.4 million bond for a new county library.

And last, voters must decide if they want to put $500,000 into improving buildings used for the 4-H program where kids learn how to work with animals.

County officials say proposition one is going to be hardest to approve because it's the most expensive, but residents have shown an interest in all of the improvements.
