MIDLAND - The condition of a Midland motorcyclist involved in an accident last week has been upgraded, but he has a long road to recovery.
The family of 40-year-old Johnny Paul Emberlin says he is stable condition, but he has severe cognitive problems.
Emberlin was thrown from his motorcycle on Siesta Lane in Midland on October 23rd after family members say he tried to avoid a car.
A relief fund has been set up to help cover his medical bills.
If you would like to donate you can go to any First Convenience Bank location and ask for the Johnny Paul Emberlin fund.
