BIG SPRING - A settlement has been reached in the fight over how much Big Spring's Alon refinery is worth.
Alon and the Howard County appraisal district have been arguing over the refinery's worth for the past few months.
The settlement reached includes valuations for 2006, 2007 and 2008 and are as follows:
2006: $130 million
2007: $185 million
2008: $175 million
