JAL, NEW MEXICO - Half a dozen men are still recovering after a violent wreck in Jal on Wednesday.
According to Jal Police, one of the two men taken to Odessa is on life support.
The other suffered two broken clavicles.
Police tell us an 18-wheeler slammed into a pick-up as it was pulling out of a parking lot.
We're told five of the men in the truck were ejected.
The driver was the only one wearing a seat belt.
All seven people in the wreck went to hospitals in Kermit, Hobbs, and Odessa.
Two of the victims were taken from Kermit to Lubbock, one of them with a broken back, and the other with multiple broken bones.
The conditions of the other three victims is unknown.
