ODESSA - Two Odessa men remain locked up after getting busted for a drive-by shooting on Monday night.

19-year-old Raul Lopez-Palma, III, 21-year-old Ali Loera, and 20-year-old Brandon Fierro were caught after running from the law.

The chase ended after the trio slammed into the back of a truck on Bernice.

The search for the group started after officers were checking out a call about gunshots on Lauderdale just before seven.

A few seconds later, another call came in about a drive-by near Overton and 5th.

Officers spotted the car and that's when the men were caught.

Investigators found a shotgun and ammo inside their car.

Loera and Palma are charged with deadly conduct and possession of marijuana.

Fierro was arrested for outstanding warrants and was released on Tuesday morning.
